• Create an account on the ScuolaSemplice platform using a valid personal email address
• Fill out the registration form with your details and upload the required documents
• Pay the application fee of €10.00

• Log in to the ScuolaSemplice platform
• Click on the menu item “Access Moodle” on the left, then on the red banner “Access Moodle”
• If you have a DSA certification or Law 104 certification (disability), upload the relevant document
• Confirm your data

🔴 Warning: after accessing the Moodle platform, you have only 5 days to complete all stages of the selection process (motivational test, technical aptitude test, and booking the online interview)!

• Complete the motivational test: 85 questions with answers based on a scale of agreement/disagreement
• Maximum time: 36 minutes
• Candidates with Specific Learning Disorders DSA certification (Italian Law N. 170 of 8 October 2010) or Disability Status Certification (Law N. 104 of 5 February 1992) are entitled to 15% extra time (see details in the Call, Art. 5)

After completing the motivational test, you may proceed to the technical aptitude test.

• Complete the technical aptitude test: 26 multiple-choice questions on logic, English, and technical-scientific subjects
• Maximum time: 15 minutes
• Candidates with Specific Learning Disorders DSA certification (Italian Law N. 170 of 8 October 2010) or Disability Status Certification (Law N. 104 of 5 February 1992)(see details in the Call, Art. 5)

Candidates can book the online interview through a dedicated Google Calendar, organized in time slots. After booking, they will automatically receive a confirmation email with date, time, and a Google Meet link.

Interview panels will meet every two weeks, from April 17, 2026 to June 26, 2026, on Friday afternoons between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM (GMT+02:00 Central European Time – Rome).

The panel will consist of:

• A psychologist/orientation expert (chair)
• An ITS training expert
• A sector expert/teacher

The panel may operate with at least two members present.
Each interview will last approximately 30 minutes per candidate.

Candidates must:

• Join punctually via the provided link
• Have a working camera and microphone
• Show a valid ID (preferably the one used during registration) for identification purposes

• Ensure your device has working video and audio
• Take the interview in a quiet place with a stable connection
• Disable any AI extensions or recording tools active on your profile
• Have your ID ready for verification
